Jasna Polana Wedding: Alison and Jon's Reception

After their touching ceremony in the amphitheater, Alison and Jon’s gorgeous wedding reception at Jasna Polana started with a portrait session in the gardens, while guests enjoyed hors d’oeurvres and cocktails nearby. As Alison told us earlier this year, “I love that Jon’s one of the most thoughtful, kind people I’ve ever met. I also love that he can completely incapacitate me with laughter.”

You can see in the wedding portraits that Jon kept Alison laughing and smiling from start to finish. 🙂

Alison and Jon’s reception was planned by Agnieshka Burke of Pumpkin Coach Events. Everything about it was simple and elegant, just like Alison.

But there was a whimsical element, too: Alison and Jon hired Lambertville ice cream maker oWowcow to set up an ice cream bar for guests. With flavors like Tahitian Cherry, Espresso, and Blueberry Lemon, it’s not hard to understand why guests queued up in moments to get their custom sundaes!

The smiles and laughter continued from beginning to end.
