Lambertville Engagement Photos: Alison and Jon

Alison and Jon met each other in Princeton; that’s where they decided to get married. They’re planning to live in New York City. But instead of Princeton or New York City, they wanted their engagement photos in the little New Jersey town of Lambertville. It’s a special place for them because Jon has been living there quite a while, and Alison has commuted from NYC to see him there every weekend.

It’s easy to see why they both love Lambertville so much. It’s a thriving small town at the Pennsylvania border, with a beautiful river walkway and picturesque downtown. Originally a commercial shipping hub in the 1800s, Lambertville is now known for its eclectic arts scene, great food, and sprawling array of antique shops.

Alison and Jon go on walks along the river every day they’re together. Along the way, they have befriended some geese and ducks who make their home there, and their BFF is a creamy white guy with an orange beak named Sheldon.
