Hillsborough NJ Photographer: The feel of a European Estate in NJ

Our favorite thing about these Hillsborough, NJ engagement photos is the chemistry between Roseanne and Bill: the twinkle in Bill’s eyes and the beautiful smile on Roseanne’s face. Of course it helps to do an engagement session in a lovely natural setting like they did, but it’s the expression on their faces that makes these pictures sing.

Roseanne and Bill started out as work colleagues, then became friends, and only after time had gone by did they eventually start dating. The fact that they are getting married came as a surprise to both of them — Bill always said he wasn’t the “marrying type”!

But one night (the night before his birthday), they were having a cozy evening cooking dinner at home together, and when Roseanne left to pour them both a glass of wine together in the kitchen, she returned to find him down on one knee, asking her to marry him. He told us that Roseanne’s sweet, funny, sophisticated personality changed his mind about marriage. 🙂

They asked Kyo to photograph their engagement pictures outdoors, in a gorgeous park near their home in Hillsborough, where they love to go biking and on long walks together.

They’ll be celebrating their wedding with a low-key reception and lots of local craft beer at Triumph Brewery in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Yum…. Check back soon if you’d like to see pictures from their wedding!
