I got to meet this couple at an out door bar in Brooklyn after the Pandemic got eased up. I already had a good communication via emails, but I had fun get to know them there.

Enjoy this another brewery wedding in NYC. Evey locations for this wedding was close by. This bride and her bridesmaids got ready at a boutique hotel Henry Normal Hotel, Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We had a first look at Grand Ferry Park by the East river with Manhattan as a backdrop. Then, we had an outdoor portrait session there and Domino Park with a clear blue sky above us. I always enjoy walking around a neighborhood and on our way to Radegast Hall & Biergarten with my subjects for some documentary style street portraits.

How did you meet each other? We met on OkCupid and complemented each other’s cats! We first met in person at a bar called Fathers Knows Best in Bushwick.

How did you get engaged? She planned a whole trip with the proposal in mind! She brought him Upstate and we went hiking on a mountain. Once we reached a spot with a beautiful view, she got down on one knee and proposed! he didn’t even let her finish the question before saying YES!
