Farm photography: Early summer planting at Whistling Wolf Farm

Another installment  in our ongoing farm photography project about Whistling Wolf Farm: these are photographs from mid-May, when farmer Helen Chandler was very busy planting early summer crops in the field. On this particular day she planted tomato seedlings in the hoop house, and bush variety bean plants in the field. Beans, beans, the miracle fruit
The more you eat, the more you toot
The more you toot, the better you feel
So eat some beans at every meal.
