Triumph Brewing Co: The Best Brewery Wedding Venue in New Jersey
We love a Triumph Brewing wedding. It’s always a good time when there’s craft beer on tap. Plus, a brewery setting makes for a really cool and unique industrial feel that still manages to look elegant. It strikes the perfect balance.
And selfishly, it makes for a pretty great day of work as the photographer! 🙂 Really, who wouldn’t want to go to work when their favorite beer is on tap?
We’ve photographed a few brewery weddings now, and they’re always so light-hearted and fun. Couples who get married at breweries are usually not afraid to go outside the wedding box (obviously!). So we often see some very cool and personalized details at these weddings, like a custom craft brew and donuts instead of a cake.
All breweries make for unique weddings, but by far and away our favorite place to hold a brewery wedding in New Jersey is Triumph Brewing Co. The industrial style of their buildings, amazing beer options, and wedding-ready packages make it the perfect mix of being different while still offering you the peace of mind that they know exactly what they’re doing. If you’re looking for a non-traditional wedding venue in New Jersey, definitely put Triumph Brewing on your list!
All About Triumph Brewing Weddings
By now you know that Triumph Brewery is one of the best local breweries in New Jersey (and actually it’s the first local, purpose-built brewpub in the state).
Here’s why we love it:
It has three locations and on-site brewing equipment at all of them.
Check out all 3! There’s Princeton, New Hope & Red Bank.
It has a professional, friendly staff.
Seriously, the people there are so nice. They know exactly what they’re doing and how to put together an incredible, wedding-worthy event.
The menu is awesome.
We’ve had some of our favorite wedding food at Triumph, from fresh salads and delicate appetizers to indulgent pastas! Check out some examples from the Princeton location’s wedding menu & beverage packages here.
It offers unique spaces with industrial flair.
Who doesn’t love an industrial-style space? Exposed brick and brewing equipment looks amazing, especially in contrast to the delicate decor details of a wedding. We love how Kara & Jake added candles, greenery and string lights to tie everything together.
And, well, really awesome beer!
Need we say more? The beers on tap at Triumph Brewing Co. really are incredible and it’s so fun to have guests sample the different options to find their favorites.
Triumph Brewing Locations
Each of the three locations have a distinct personality and slight variations in the menus. Compare them all to find the one that’s right for your wedding.
Princeton: The Classic Brewpub
Princeton is the original location, established in 1995 (we’re trying not to think about the fact that 1995 was almost 25 years ago already!). It has 30-foot high ceilings and capacity for 275 people. It has a classic brewpub menu with an international flavor. Take a virtual tour of the space here!
Psst! News about the future of Triumph: in 2 years or so, the Princeton location will be moving into a majestic, completely renovated space in the Old Post Office building on Palmer Square. The interior design sounds like it will be incredible– we can’t wait to see it.
Here is a blog of a wedding we photographed there!
New Hope: Playful & Fun
New Hope, PA is the second location, established in 2003. It’s right across the border from Lambertville, in a renovated paper bag factory dating to the late 1800s (so cool!).
Erik Nutt, the Sales and Marketing Manager at Triumph, says that the New Hope location is the most playful of the three, featuring frequent game nights and a traditional bar menu. You can take a virtual tour of the space by clicking here!
Red Bank: Sophisticated & Upscale
Red Bank is the most recent location, opening in late 2018. It has the most sophisticated menu and upscale vibe.
Unique Brewery Wedding Photos
Last but definitely not least, one of the best things about a Triumph wedding is all of the unique brewery wedding photos we can take!
We love the contrast of the brewing equipment in the background while we snap romantic wedding portraits, and the candid party photos featuring craft beer!

What’s our favorite beer on tap at Triumph? Right now, it’s the Bengal Gold IPA. So crisp, so refreshing… YUM.
