The Next Generation of Leaders at UNA’s Model UN

Kyo has photographed New York City’s Model UN conference for several years now, and it is always so much fun to see these young people who literally radiate enthusiasm for international dialogue and exchange. The Model UN is sponsored by the United Nations Association of the United States of America, a wonderful organization devoted to raising awareness about the UN.

This particular conference is “The 12th Annual International Model UN Conference”, and was attended by teens from across the country and around the world. Speakers included UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon, Ambassador Susan Rice, and Senator Tim Wirth.
