Making a Picture Book from Family Portraits at Roosevelt Park

We love working with families to create custom picture books. This is an example of how we created a sweet and funny storybook from a portrait session at nearby Roosevelt Park in Edison, New Jersey.

First, Kyo photographed this wonderfully expressive little girl with her parents and grandparents. Our specialty is photo-journalistic images, so while he did take some traditional posed portraits, he mainly photographed the girl cavorting through the park, playing hide and seek, showing found treasures to her parents and grandparents, etc. Here are a few highlights:

After Kyo photographed the session, we edited the images and Janna wrote and designed the storybook. Here is the cover:
