Hamptons Rehearsal Dinner: Stephanie and Paul

Stephanie and Paul had their rehearsal dinner in the brand new social hall at the Kimisis Church of the Hamptons, called “The Muses.” It’s a wide open space surrounded by walls of arched windows. Perfect for music and dancing! Which is exactly what Stephanie and Paul’s family and friends spent the night enjoying.

The guests were very lucky — the Greek food looks so delicious, it makes me want to whip up a batch of spanakopita and tzatziki tonight! The tables were decorated with Aegean blue bottles of Terra Creta olive oil and lovely blue and white china pots filled with herbs, and an olive sprig peeked out of each folded napkin. It looked stunning, and it really wouldn’t be hard to replicate a similar tableau for a festive evening at home. I love it when we get good ideas for entertaining from the professionals with whom we work.
