Plum Clafoutis Recipe

One of my favorite summertime dessert recipes is clafoutis. Clafoutis is a rustic French dessert, very similar to flan with baked fruit. It looks divine when it comes out of the oven, puffed and golden and dotted with lovely juicy baked plums (or blackberries, or apricots, or cherries, or whatever fruit you choose…).
