I’m excited to share my third visit to the Greenpoint Loft this year, where I’ve had the pleasure of photographing a variety of weddings. This rustic warehouse in the heart of Brooklyn has witnessed so many unique celebrations. But what made the latest one truly special was the adorable addition of a furry friend – Zuzu, the couple’s beloved dog!

A Rustic Haven with a Unique Twist

Greenpoint Loft is a warehouse venue that exudes charm and character. They host weddings of all kinds – from elegant to boho-chic. It’s the perfect canvas for couples to create their own unique celebration.

But this time, it was different. This time, we had a furry guest of honor!

Meet Zuzu: The Four-Legged Wedding Star

This bride and groom decided to add a heartwarming twist to their big day by including their pet, Zuzu. We kicked things off with a sweet first look between the couple. But then, the moment we were all waiting for – Zuzu joined the party.

As a photographer, I couldn’t help but capture the feelings that radiated from this trio. Zuzu’s tail was wagging like crazy, and the laughter on everyone’s faces was contagious.

While snapping shots of this scene, I couldn’t help but think of one of my all-time favorite photographers, Elliott Erwitt. His work often features dogs in human settings, capturing the quirky, charming, and sometimes even poignant moments that unfold between humans and their furry companions.
